I wasn't eating right, I wasn't being consistent, I was making excuses, I wasn't loving myself as much as I should have. When I became a mother everyone else became more important than me. Then I started investing more time in myself, because if I wasn't healthy and happy how could I take care of those around me that depend on me, my kids?
